These Terms govern your use of www.lifessong.com, operated by Life's Song (“we,” “us,” or “Life’s Song”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. This page is a plain-language summary and is reviewed by counsel before launch.

The service

Life’s Song is a digital service that turns genetic data into personalized musical compositions using our proprietary, patent-pending Molecular Resonance algorithm. The same DNA input always produces the same song. Everything we deliver is digital (audio, MIDI, and a PDF mapping report); we do not currently sell physical products.

Life’s Song is for personal, creative, and commemorative use only. It is not a medical, diagnostic, or health service, and nothing it produces should be used to interpret your DNA for health, disease, or ancestry.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Credits & payment

Life’s Song runs on a credit model. You buy credits and spend them on services — creating a song, downloading it, or generating a variation. Streaming and previewing your songs in the platform is always free. Prices and credit costs are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

Refunds

Refund terms — including gift cards and purchased credits — are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your content & rights

• You retain ownership of the DNA data, photos, and text you provide. By uploading them, you grant us the limited license needed to process them and generate your composition.
• You may listen to, share, and download the compositions you create for your own personal and non-commercial use.
• We retain all rights to the Life’s Song platform, brand, and the underlying Molecular Resonance algorithm and technology. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
• You confirm you have the right to upload any genetic data or photos you provide — including, for memorial compositions, the right to use a deceased person’s data and likeness.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload data you don’t have the right to use, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Life's Song is established. (Specific governing-law and dispute- resolution terms will be finalized with counsel before launch.)
