Refund Policy
We want you to love what you make. Here's exactly when a refund applies.

This policy explains how refunds work for gift cards, purchased credits, and the songs you create. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are fully refundable until they are redeemed. Once a recipient redeems the card and the credits attach to an account, it can no longer be refunded.
- Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Unredeemed cards can be refunded in full any time before they expire.
Purchased credits
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed case by case.
- Credits that have already been spent on a rendered song, download, or variation are non-refundable, because the work has already been generated and delivered to your Library.
Songs & downloads
Playing and previewing songs is always free, so there’s nothing to refund there. Once you spend credits to create a song or unlock a download, that song is yours to keep, re-download, and export in every format at no further cost — but the credits spent to create it are not returned.
How to request a refund
Email support@lifessong.com with the subject [Billing], or use the contact page and choose “Billing & credits.” Tell us what you’d like refunded and the email on your account. A real person reviews every request, usually within two business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
